Often described as feeling more like a day spa, our West Lakes practice has seen incredible growth since opening in November 2021. With 9 predominantly full time GPs, we have capacity for 2-3 more GPs to join the team.

The local area is currently severely undersupplied for GPs and as a result, we are struggling to keep up with patient demand.

- None of our GPs are currently accepting new patients, so you'll have no competition for new patients within the practice.
- Our female GPs have a 4-5 week wait list and our male GPs have a 2-3 week waitlist, so there is high demand from patients to be seen sooner.
- There is a significant amount of development & patient growth occurring in the surrounding area, meaning continuous new patient demand over the long term.
- 3 local GPs have recently retired, meaning several patients in the area are looking for a new GP.

Given the above factors, you can be assured that you will have no challenges filling a full time diary immediately.

For a full time GP (35 hours per week), we are willing to make for a smooth transition by offering a $25k sign-on incentive (pro rata for less hours), and a $180/hour minimum guarantee for the first 3 months.
